Can you let me know what firmware you are running?

I am on 6.3R3 and am trying to use Citrix Listed Applications as well.

Juniper closed this case on me as they said that it doesn't work on the version at the moment?

By the way, for Mac support I use the Hosted Java Applications feature.

We having a problem connecting Apple macs to our IVE 2500 using 6.3R3. All PCs are fine. Could you please tell me how you configured your IVE to eable access to support macs. Thanks.

Abbi - can you provide a little more detail. I use a MAC every day (computer of choice and there are no issues with connecting to the SSL box.

I am guessing that you are running some form of Host Check correct? What messages do the remote users see when they try to connect? Have you looked in the log files? Have you tried a policy trace?

Sorry to not be helpful - but MACs work fine out of the box with the SSL so you need to provide more information to get some help.

Thanks for your replay. Yes I am running a Host Chech which is mainly for Windows OS as well as a virus prgrams. Some of my users reported: " You do not have permission to login. Please contact your administrator" error from Safari and others get:" Your computer's security is unsatisfactory. Host checher did not get installed properly.Your computer does not meet the security requirements." error when using IE or Firefox from a Mac. Same users though can connect to the SSL box using a PC without a problem.Only one user reported this error:" Your browser is incompatible with HostChecker. You must sign in from a windows or macintosh or linux system for full compatibility with Host Checker" using ie on a mac.

In the log file i get this:

I am trying now to figure out how to do a policy trace!

Not on in my office so I don't have admin access to my SSL box - But! one thought comes to mind. Create a second HC that is specific for MAC only (I posted one that works like that a week or so ago in another thread). Then allow a user pass HC if they pass "one of the policies" - then MAC user will be the only one to pass the MAC policy, Windows user the Windows policy.

A bit of a work around but on a Sunday that is the easiest solution that comes to mind.
