Hello @ktlesko,
You may want to check the below KB's. As there is not much information, I cannot specify what exactly the issue is. The URL's below seem similar to the issue:
https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB43839
https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB43759
We are seeing similar panics on multiple developers with different computers (all on Mojave). I've tried 9.0 R1,2,3 and still happens.
Primarily happens when we move ot a new location in the building and the mac tries to re-acquire a network connection and pulse tunnel.
Is this a known issue? Or, a compatibilty with some server-side software?
It is really getting to be a drag for our team.
Hi @ktlesko,
Can you please try to install 5.3R7 Pulse Client and check the behavior. Kextfirewall plugin is not present in 5.3R7 version, hence Mac should not crash.
Thanks,
Ray.
Hi Andy123,
could you please open a case so that we can work on the issue.
Regards,
Jai
What about the latest version ?
9.1R4.2-b1955
Does it have the Kextfirewall plugin ?
@nasa_dan Yes, it does. Do you observe macOS crash when having Pulse Client installed? What is the version?
It should be resolved in 9.0R3.2 and above version of Pulse Clients - https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB44015/?kA1f1000000PGhS
