nc.windows.app.23712 error

Hi,

When I try to connect to SA 4000 with Network Connect(ver. 7.1R5) i get the following error message: nc.windows.app.23712.

The client station is a Windows 7 64 bit using Internet Explorer 8.

I have noticed that the network driver which should be installed for Network Connect has a exclamation mark on it in Device Manager and the operating system says that it cannot recognize the signature for it.

The user can connect without any problem from another client station to SA4000.

I have checked KB22565 and it is not the case. I have also checked KB23003 and i didn't find that registry key so it is not the case.

I have removed everything related to juniper but still the same result when trying to reconnect.

I have added the debug.log file for further analyses.

once you remove all go to ie tool manage add ons. Double click the juniper setup client and select remove. Connect back to VPN to reinstalll

I have removed that add-on but i still encounter the same error.

Do you have another hint for me?

Hi,

It seems that after SP1 for Windows 7 and IE 9 were installed the issue was gone.

WOW IE9 up actually fixed somethiong
