no connection

Hello,

My employer works with Pulse Secure.

Last week I bought a NetGear R7800 router and now I can't connect with the network of my work.

I have used a Linksys 4200 router and this worked fine.

Are there special things I must do to get it to work?

I hope somebody got the answer so I can work at home again.

I am not aware of anything specific to that router
It may be possible that UDP port 4500 is blocked
It may be that there is an option that does not allow changing the ports
What do you see on the firewall when you look for failure messages?
