not able to use Pulse on LAN

hello,

 

 using Pulse Secure from home network is not working, if laptop is connected on LAN: establishing connection to work server (https://sa-eu.decathlon.net/global) takes longer then usual, then connected for a short time, thne in a end got disconnected (after 1-2 minutes)

 if switching network connection to any Wi Fi from, any random provider, or hotspot from mobile operator via sim - is working ok

do you have any tip for this? how could Pulse be used on LAN connection

from a technical perspective, it should be working using wired or wireless connections
from a corp-managed perspective, it is possible it was disabled for some reason (or you have found a new way for it to fail)
i would suggest opening a case with our support team for further investigation

i m the support, and we don tunderstand why is this? it should work with both Smiley Happy

 

maybe a configuration on his home network,

it could be an issue on his network or it could be something erroneous on the Pulse client
what are you seeing around the failure time? is there a message about losing connectivity? does the LAN connection fail _only_ at home or does it fail at other locations as well (e.g. library, office, a friend's house)?
