problem sending traffic to an endpoint (Cisco Jabber/MOVI/Telepresence)

I'm trying to get Cisco Jabber/MOVI/Telepresence running over the SA.

I'm stuck in a weird spot where the person I am connected TO, on the inside, gets my video and audio, but on the way back, I get no video or audio back..just a black screen that says  no video or audi received..

Most interesting is that the firewwall logs show traffic from the internal host to my SA connected machine, but wireshark on my SA connected machine does NOT show the traffic coming back.

What does your NC ACL look like?
