pulse secure stuck on disconnecting, won't reconnect

pulse secure is stuck on "Disconnecting" and won't reconnect - gets stuck on "Connect requested". Version 9.0.3 (1747), MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave

Is it happening everytime you disconnect from VPN? Restarting the Pulse Secure service or macOS should fix it...

 

Stop command - sudo launchctl unload -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist

 

Start command - sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist
