"Error opening installation Log File"

Hey folks, seeing this error for one of my users, and have tried all the usual fixes.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Client in Windows 10, and is an administrtor on his laptop.

"Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable."

Are you logging the MSI installation process or just installing the MSI file by double clicking?

Just running the file as administrator.

Can you please provide the MSI debug logs for review?

Command - msiexec /i <MSI file path> /l*v <Log file path>

For example,

MSI file path - C:\temp\PulseSecure.msi

Log file path - C:\temp\msi-debug.txt
