"Permitted IP" that doesn't allow us to connect to SSG Juniper web interface anymore

Hi,

By mistake an error has been done when entering a Permitted IP in the web interface, this IP is not private and this IP is not handled by us) and there is only one "Permitted IP".

Because of this error we cannot log into the web interface anymore ...

Can you show me the path to be able to connect to our SSG web interface again ?

Hi,

You will need to either connect from the permitted IP and add additional IP's/subnets accordingly, or login via the console to fix the issue.
