"Your security device is blocked" comes up every time I try and connect to the pulse vpn. My pin isn't expired and I don't know what else could be the issue.
Can you send me the screenshot of that message as a PM?
Do you see that when using Pulse client or web browser?
Did you put wrong pin 5 times? You can try to reenroll new certificate even your cert is not expire so you can get new code....and login in vpn again.. Hope it work for you.
