I'm getting this error message every time I try to login to my VPN. My PIN expires in 09/2021, so I know that's not the issue. I tried to renew my certificate but it requires my PIN, and says the same thing. Any help?

@cartmancakes Message is coming from Windows 10 not Pulse Client, please check with your IT helpdesk regarding this issue.
