routing for network connect clients

Dear All,

I am facing difficulties in accessing resources after connecting via network connect. On NC adapter, I see that the "bytes sent" are being increased but the "byte received" = 0.

I m in doubth of having any routing issue.

I have gone thru http://kb.pulsesecure.net/KB9225, in which it is stated that we have to define a static route on gateway router for IP pool (from which IPs are being assigned for NC clients)

but i need to know that what should be the next-hop ip address used in this route, either "the ip address of internal port of IVE" or "ip address of the base server (defined in system->network->network connect->network connect base server ip"

plz clarify me this point that how would be able to do correct routing for network connect feature.

Hi,

It's stated in this KB, that you have to set up routing for NC pool to IVE's internal port IP.

If you would set up routing for this base server IP than your routers wouldn't know where it is.

Nopes, I have defines the route using the next hop ip address of base server IP. And its working fine.

Now every thing is fine Alhamdolillah
