sa-2500 external network access problem

Hi,

External network port doesnt work in SA-2500. But there is no problem on internal port, I can able to web access from browser, I can managet it. All counters are zero in the external network status except RX Error, it increases continously.

External Port: Connected, Speed: Unknown, Duplex: Unknown
RxPacket: 0 RxError: 78336 RxDrop: 0
TxPacket: 0 TxError: 0 TxDrop: 0

Is that can be hardware problem?

Have you verified that the external interface link speed and duplex settings match the settings for the port on the switch or router the external interface is connected to? Both should either be auto negotiated or both should being using the same speed and dupled. Having mismatched speed and duplex messes things up in a hurry.

Also, make sure your cable is correct and tests clean.

Eliminate the easy things before you jump to hardware replacement.

Yes, I have already checked these things, cable, speed, etc..If I have to replace the card, what is the hw code of the card and how I can replace it?

You cant replace the card by itself, the appliance will have to be replaced
