sa2500 RDC in console mode

Hi All

Is there a possibility to use RDC in console mode other then using the network connect?

I'm using:

Model: SA-2500

Current version: 6.1R1 (build 12821)

I tried also WSAM but I don't see secured traffic launching RDC and it dosn't connect.

Thanks

Holger

Can you go to 6.1 R2.1 and see if it works?

It's the same with the latest build. I got also confirmation from Juniper, that it's only possible with NC.

But it should be easy to add "/ console" when it launches RDC.

Re: sa2500 RDC in console mode

Does console access work entirely different than standard RDP? The only reason to use NC would be because the server initiates a TCP connection to the client, which requires that the client machine have a unique IP address. Standard RDP has the client initiating the connection over port 3389, and works well through JSAM (I would also expect it to work well through WSAM, but I have never implemented it via WSAM). These seem like better solutions than NC.
