i am planning to upgrade soft from 7.1R9 to 7.2R4.0 and most of my users don't have admin right can somebody send me

msi file for Juniper Installer Service ? for the new version?, i need to distribute it via altiris

Hi,

    You can install a 7.2R4 in lab / test device and get the Juniper Installer Service if not, feel free to open a Jtac case to get the same.

Does the JIS from 7.1R9 work in 7.2R4?

To answer myself - it seems to do that.

HI,

You would not need to upgrade JIS version when upgrading to 7.2x as the JIS version is from 7.1x

We are a managed user shop so we need the Juniper installer service. I just upgraded test VPN to 7.2r4. I logged into VPN and host checker NC and other components installed fine. I am using the following 2009 installer service.
