secure meeting connection issue

Has anyone seen it where a remote user, who was granted control of the secure meeting, loses control whenever a UAC security prompt comes up on a Vista machine? The remote user still can see everything fine, but can not re-establish control until the user local to the machine closes out the security prompt or the properties box of whatever initiated the security prompt is closed.

Yes We have and Have raised this as a ticket - and have been told this will be resolved in latest firmware due Out in Feb - but we are not holding our breath

Have dealt with it a lot... I asked support about it a long time ago and was told they were not going to fix it. I thought was stupid because a free product like UltraVNC handle is just fine but a $100,000 product can't... What gives?!?!
