am doing a comparison between IVE secure meeting and othe remote support services, so where can i find the detailed features of the Secure meeting is there any document or website for that i couldnt find anything on google ?

I can tell you that one of the biggest concerns for many customers is  security. Since the SA device is hosted on your own network, all communications are secured in a point-to-point fashion. With hosted solutions, there is a de-crypt at the host - so you are trusting their security vs your own. It is not as feature-rich as some other solutions - not intended to compete with Adobe Connect for example - but for end-user support, workgroup meetings, etc - it's very convenient and capable.

i`ll explain the scenario here,

our company is planing to offer remote support services to other customer, so currently we are using logmein rescue which is good, now i suggest the compay to go for SA since it more secure as u said but again i need an advice about the feature would it usefull for such scenario.
