softID page import error "Zip file does not contain the complete list of custom pages...."

I used the softID template page and created it/imported it but got the following message:

Zip file does not contain the complete list of custom pages. Some authentication methods may not work. Missing page:
confirmation_opensessions-ppc.thtml
confirmation_opensessions.thtml

Is this normal?  Is this a critical issue?  Where would I get these missing files?
