ssl vpn existing Cert renewal

hi,

can some one help me in renewing an existing cert in the SSL VPN.

i am almost there going to renew the cert but a bit confused at the below level. so please help in this regard.

after loging into the VPN appliance,

in systems bar, go to configuration -> certifcates -> (click on) Device Certificates.

in Device Certificates window, click on meetings.office.untd.com cert.

in Certificate Details window, click on Renew Certificate.. which is at the bottom of the window.

at this level, i am not sure what to past in the below coloums -

onfiguration >
Renew Certificate

Use the form below to renew an existing certificate. If the file is encrypted, you will also need to specify the password.

Certificate File:
Password Key:

so please tell me what to upload in the "choosefile" and what to paste in "Password key" and what is that "import"button.

Thanks,

Mahesh.

Re: ssl vpn existing Cert renewal

The "choose file" is where you choose the new certificate file from your CA
The password key is the password needed for the file
the import button tells the system to import the file

Re: ssl vpn existing Cert renewal

Assuming your cert was issued by a PKI vendor like Verisign or similar you will have to reach out to them first to renew the cert. Once you finish that they will supply you with the certificate file that you can import into the SSL gateway.
