i am working on big company in French - and something strange happen.
I am connected by wifi from my company through pulse to my customer network. Every thing is working well but not Outlook, office 365 or teams.
If i will connect from my home, it's seems it's working (means i can connect to outlook, office or teams) but sometime it's not and need to plug a wire.
Just how is it possible and what can i do to improve my company wifi connexion to stabilize it (i can't directly connect a wire on it).
Any idea is welcome,

What version of Pulse are you using? What wireless NIC is in use on your workstation?
Depending on how things are configured on the VPN appliance, this coule also impact the behavior. We'd need to have your customer open a case with Pulse to discuss the config and help you troubleshoot this issue.
@Xavier Do you see No Internet Access (warning exclamation sign) on the network status? What is the Wifi driver model being used? Is it having 160Mhz or 9000 series Intel Wifi?
