I've got a user that is unable to connect to the VPN due to failing the host checker requirements. The logs are showing all of the anti-virus requirements (definitions, scan, etc.) are failing for this user even though all of the requirements are confirmed to be met on the PC. Anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue? I've had the user try different verisons of the Pulse Secure client applicaiton, re-install the host checker, run updates for virus definitions and keep getting the same error message. I'm running the 3.4.9 ESAP & 8.2R5. The client app version tried were 5.3.6 & 9.0.2.
