I have the same issue, previous version worked just fine. Then went to 2.0.0, and now seems to time out often, but then when it connects, it then just spins and spins waiting, even though I see the VPN in the upper status bar. There seems to be no way to disconnect either. Even when I wait and sometimes am prompted to disconnect, it still has the VPN in the upper corner. the only way to get rid of it is to hard power off the iPad.
I have opened a ticket with Juniper, but nothing yet, we have a SA4000 running 7.0R3
I recieved a message back from Juniper stating that they can't replicate the problem, and might do a meeting with them to narrow it down some. I can't believe some app or anything would be messing with it since the 1.7 version was working just fine.
Hi dankieta,
Make sure to have session roaming enabled for the role that your iOS users are on. This can be changed under Users --> User Roles --> <Role name> --> Session Options --> Enable roaming sessions.
This should help allow the users to log in successfully. There is a time out issue that might be seen on log out. This is currently being worked on by our developers and we expect to have a fix for it soon. The session is properly ended on the server side (IVE) but it is not properly closing out on the UI side of the iOS device.
Ahhh you beat me to it!
After we did that, it worked like a champ!
