user receiving network connect timeout error when session is active
I have a user who is receiving a network connect session will time out due to inactivity (nc.windows.app.24052) error every few minutes when the session is not inactive. She is actively using the session when the error displays. Furthermore, the error shows that the session will time out in 71582036 minutes and 17 seconds. Seriously? 1,193,033 hours for the inactivity timeout? We are running version 7.0R4. Can anyone provide a solution to this issue? Thanks.
