when will SSL VPN Virtual appliance DTE be available ?

Hi all,

Does anyone know when the ssl vpn appliance DTE will be available ?

This appliance could be used for training and demo purposes, but it's still not on the web site.

Is there a release date ?

Would you still need a license server to use this appliance ?

It is available now. You won't need a license, as it comes with 2 concurrent users already.

Hi,

I'm getting an error

"The OVF descriptor file could not be parsed"

when trying to import the "VA-DTE-16007-VT.ovf" file into VmWare WorkStation 7.1.0.

With VmWare Player 3.1.0 the error message is:

"Failed to open virtual machine: Failed to query source for information"

Anybody encountered the same or have an idea?

I used the vmware converter to convert the ovf to vmware esx format.

Even though I am not running ESX, you did point me in the right direction.
By downloading the VmWare vCenter Converter I was able to convert the VA to WorkStation format.
And the converted VM runs fine in both WorkStation and Player.
