Antivirus not recognized

Hi there,

according to our internal policy we have adopted the (individual) licensed enterprise antivirus Eset NOD32.

 

The antivirus seems to be correctly installed and operative (left panel) but the client still want to look for Windows Defender and won't to connect (right panel). Here I will attach a screenshot:

Such issue is really relevant, since results blocking for the firm's collaborations.

what version of ESAP do you have enabled? if you have not tested with the latest, please do so. if it continues to fail, please open a case with our support team

Unfortunately the VPN administration (and deployment of the related client and ESAP) is hosted by the customer, not the firm (us) who provides the antivirus software.

 

We will advise our customer(s) on the basis of the suggestions you have kindly provided.
