Using the Pulse Secure VPN client (version 9.1.15), I notice a problem since I installed some industrial automation software that added a communication protocol, Simatic Industrial Ethernet (ISO), to my communication adapters. In the moment the connection is established, my PC bluescreens.
When I realized this was also happening on other VPN connections, I researched and found that if I unchecked the protocol on the adapter, the VPN could make its connection without trouble. However, I find no way to make this adjustment to the Pulse Secure adapter. How can I adjust this?
Kind regards,

Thanks for your reply, zanyterp.
The crash occurs on the VPN connection itself. It seems to me that the connection becomes fully established before the blue-screen event, because I will sometimes see a message popup indicating that the VPN connected just a second prior to the blue-screen.
Unfortunately, unlike some other adapters on my system, the Juniper Networks adapter is disabled, apparently, until the VPN connection is made, and I am unable to access the adapter's property page to de-select the Simatic transport protocol while the adapter is in this state.
I am hoping that there is an alternative way to address this problem.
