Can’t get the client to work on MacOS Catalina 10.15.6

I tried reinstalling the client many many times.

The application shown in "Applications" has a cross on it and just won’t start.

This is a brand new MacBook Pro out of the box that I just bought last week !!

 

I tried restoring the app from my last macbook’s backup, the app starts but it fails with :

Failed to connect to the Pulse Secure service.

 

I tried doing :

sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist

but it still won’t work.

 

Also, if I go through my university’s web portal I get the following error message :

Failed to contact server.

Please check your network connection and try again.

 

Can somebody help?

 

Connecting through the openVPN client works but I get random disconnections.

Please share the Pulse Client debuglogs as PM.

can't get it to work for mojave and now upgraded to catalina 10.15.6 and not working

this client always have issues..ALWAYS

it never really works and it is just a total pain just trying to use it

 

how can we get this thing to work?
