Can't uninstall 'Juniper Network Service' NDIS LWF

The 'uninstall' button is greyed out from my 'Juniper Network Service' NDIS LWF under my physical adaptors.

Uninstalling Pulse and NetConnect completely did not remove it also.. It's still sitting there.. How do I uninstall ?

Re: Can't uninstall 'Juniper Network Service' NDIS LWF

Use PNPutil command to enumerate the list of installed drivers, find if "Juniper network service" is present, note down the OEM value i.e. oemX.inf to force delete the driver.

PNPutil /enum-drivers
PNPutil /delete-driver <oemX.inf> /force

Please let me know if that helps.

Thanks,
Ray.

Re: Can't uninstall 'Juniper Network Service' NDIS LWF

Literally no result on string 'Juniper' or 'Network Service'. :/

Maybe that's why it's 'grey' on 'Uninstall' ?

So a registry remove then ?

Or more cleanly.. reinstall Juniper Pulse Secure again and then see if that lodges the INF and driver set in again for a subsequent reattempt at uninstallation.. the graceful way ? which might catch it and remove the binding then ?

Sorry, I am out of options! Smiley Sad

As mentioned, please reinstall the client and see if you can force delete it using PNPutil tool.
