Cannot connect at one location but at another one

Hello,

I've got two internet access points at two different locations. No problems at location 1, but no VPN connection at location 2. Also no problems using mobile hotspot of my phone or different public access points in the city.

What it is doing: Two factor authentication -> Checking compliance -> Waiting to connect -> 

Connecting -> Two factor authentication -> ...

No error message, but I found this in the event log:

  The server disconnected connection VPN DE (ID ...)
  Reason (4):
  Roaming not allowed for connection
  Peer address: ...

Same ISP at both locations. Loc 1: AVM FB 7530, Loc 2: AVM FB 7590

- PulseSecure version 9.1.13

- Windows 10 22H2, all available updates are installed.

Problem occurs with Wifi and wired, directly at the router.

Loc 1 does only support IPv4, Loc 2 IPv4 and IPv6. I disabled the IPv6 adapter in Windows, but no differences. 

Does anybody knows what I could try else or what the event log entry means?

do you have control of the router in the second location that you can disable ipv6 assignment from there?
if you check the user access log, do you see either/both of the following for connections from the second location: a successful login; a connection disconnect due to the ip address changing?

I disabled IPv6 at the router, but still the same problem.

What do you mean by "user access log" ? Router-Log or PulseSecure-Log ? If PulseSecure, I saved the logs inside PulseSecureClient, but there is no log named like "useraccess".

thank you for checking and testing with ipv6 disabled. the user access log is something on the vpn appliance
