Cannot install Pulse Secure Client on Surface Pro X (SQ1 Arm processor)

  I can't install Pulse Secure to Surface Pro X (SQ1 Arm processor) both for 32bit installer and 64bit installer. For 64bit installer it have an erroe messege about softaware not support this processor but 32bit installer can install until complete without any error message. But can't find software to running for start application.

   Please advise me for this issue.

If I'm not wrong, for ARM cpu in this moment you can only use the Pulse Secure App available on Windows Store.

It is a "light" version of Pulse Secure Desktop Client, so, not all the features are available, but you can give it a try to see if it is suitable for your environment.

Same problem here. The 32-bit and 64-bit msi installer won't work. The UWP version of Pulse won't work either to allow me to remote work. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be released as fast as possible, especially in these times were remote work is essential.

same issue here , i have Surface Pro X (SQ1 Arm processor) , neither of 32 or 64 bit client installer worked , even light version in Microsoft store didnt work...

any solution so far ?

Same like me.  I have got a Surface Pro X from my company. This device costs $2.000. That is a big invest. And now I cant use it because I don't get it in the company network. And the reason is this stupid PulseSecure client.

Since one year Pulse is aware about this issue but they didn't anything.

This is abnormal. So many users are impaired in their work and they are not solving this issue
