Client remote installation fails on Windows 10 1809, manual installation works

After the Windows 10 (1809) upgrade, remote deployment of pulse secure client fails on all machines. Local/manual installation works fine.

This is the error I am getting.

Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Pulse Secure. Product Version: 9.0.1731. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Pulse Secure, LLC. Installation success or error status: 1603.

i would recommend opening a case with our support team
do the sccm/windows logs give an idea of what is happening?

Did you ever find a solution? We experience the same problem. No problem with a manual installation, but fails on deployment.
