Connected with PulseSecure, but does not open up Terminal Services or Ping IP

Hello,

I am having some issues, I can connect with the client, PulseSecure. When I get connected it should open Terminal Services and connect me right away to desired PC. This does not happen. I actually cannot even ping the IP of the desired computer. Please advise.

I can connect online, when I go to secure.xxxxx.xxx for our page.
