Desktop Client Minimized to Taskbar but Cannot be Opened/Restored

Hello, shortly after I'm logged into my PC, the Pulse Secure popup where I would enter my credentials appears active (blinks orange) in my taskbar but the window itself does not appear and when I try to click on the seemingly minimized window, nothing happens.

When I hover over the minimized task to 'preview' the window, it shows a blank/black box.

Open task manager, go to process tab, find the Pulse Secure tray process where you will find the authentication window child process.

Right click and choose Bring it to front or maximize and see if that brings the window.
