Disable disconnect completely, or other means of making the VPN always up when outside HQ LAN

Hello

We're trying achive the following:

We want Our Win10 Clients to automatically log on to Our HQ network when on the road.
We've set up location awareness and this part Works great.

The thing we want do is to Block Our users from disconnecting from pulse and as such be able to send traffic out their local internet breakout.

Also, ideally we would have this so that the user will logon as part of the Windows logon procedure.

Are we way of trying to use pulse here?+

On the Pulse configuration set, please make sure that the option to allow override is disabled AND that the option to reconnect at session timeout/disconnect is enabled. This will prevent the user from manually disabling the session and, in the event of a network hiccup, connect automatically when the network connection is restored
