I have installing the new version of Pulse Secure 9.1r2.0 on my infrastructure and y a test the connection with windows 7 and 10 clients. Symantec Endpoint Protection is installing on the computer.
The connection is ok, but connection restart after 30s. I haven't this problem with Pulse Secure 8.3R7.1
Do you have a soluce to resolve this problem?

Do you use Location Awarness for your VPN Connections?
We've faced this issue and still have an ongoing case with support for the last 9 / 10 months.
Seems like there is almost an software fix for it. Untill that time, follow these steps as described in the KB, worked for our 30K clients :-)

Please replicate the issue and provide the Pulse Client logs for review.
Pulse Client Logs:
1. Open Pulse Client.
2. File >> Logs >> Annotate >> "test"
3. File >> Logs >> Log level >> Detailed.
4. Replicate the issue i.e wait until the disconnection occurs.
5. File >> Logs >> Save as.

I didn't use location awerness on pulse secure.

There is also a possibilty that you are facing an issue with restart of NLA & NLS Services.
In the 9.0R2.1 client they fixed by replacing that mechanism for FlushDNS activities.
the other KB article was a follow-up for us based on the 9.0R2.1 client.
