Enhancement request: allow separate connection for each User for multisession Windows clients

Currently multisession windows clients share the same connections. This is not desirable since each user can have their own separate registry space, but Pulse Secure client does not take advantage of this feature. Current environment forces each user to have its own designated physical or VM.
