The error happens when trying to install any version of Pulse Secure Client above 5.3.
The version currently installed is 5.2, and the error mentioned before happens when trying to upgrade or install (removing older versions before)
The error is:
Title: Pulse Secure Setup
Description: Could not open Key:
UNKWON\Installer\Products\3DA9D2B3D8D8A4C478A435E3A69B7AE\SourceList\Media. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your suport personnel.
I saw some sugestions, but the KB was not for Windows 7, only 8.1 and 10.

Good afternoon.
I tried the solutions suggested by the article, but to no avail.
I resolved the issue after manually removing version 5.2 of Pulse (the only version on which the installation worked) and found that, after removing all files related to the Pulse Secure installer service, the "Juniper Unified Network Service" service stops working and I was unable to install the latest version.
I noticed that, during the installation, the Pulse installation file detected the existence of the "Juniper Unified Network Service" and, instead of copying files (exe and dlls) to the folder "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Juniper Networks \ JUNS ", just tried to start the service, causing a new error.
To resolve the error, I manually copied the files to the folder, from one computer to the other, and clicked "retry". The installation was successful and the problem was resolved.
Thank you for your help.
