Pulse Secure Application Launcher cannot run on Windows 10

Error :

Detected incorrect data from server.
please retry. If the issue persists, contact yout administrator

Missing a component and needs to be re-installed. 
Component: Resource Catalog

I'm try re-installed but still error.

Anyone else having the same issue or knows how to proceed fixing it?

Please replicate the issue and provide the debuglog.log files (upload to any filehosters and share the link to download) from C:\ProgramData\Pulse Secure\Logging or C:\Users\Public\Pulse Secure\Logging folder for review.

Hi,

       I've the same problem and it is on all browsers. Only once reinstalling the pulse secure solved the problem for few hours but then it reappeared and now reinstalling isn't helping either. Is there anything else that can be done? 

I've following components installed.

Pulse Application Launcher version 9.1.1955

Pulse Secure Installer Service 9.1.5035

Pulse Secure Setup Client 64-bit Activex Control 2.1.1.1

Pulse Secure Setup Client Activex Control 2.1.1.1

PSAL is not able to validate the VPN server's cert hash, hence it is failing for you. Are you the only user not able to connect to VPN?

Do you have any AV installed on your machine that does SSL inspection? SSL inspection will cause the cert hash to change, hence it will not be matched with the value sent by the VPN server.

Please exclude the VPN server URL on your AV's Web protection engine and check the behavior.
