Hi,
had to update from Pulse Secure 5.1 to higher version but since I've updated to 5.2 (but also 5.3) I have following error message that pops-up at each Windows loginand logout.
The procedure entry point SsoCredentials could not be located in the dynamic link library DialogManager64.dll
I'm using Windows 7, the pop-up comes up several time, I just need to clic OK and then Ican login to windows or logout/switch off my PC.
Does anyone know this error and how to fix it?
Regards,
BapCan

Please use this tool from Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-instal... and see if it helps you.
Can you confirm the version number you have currently installed?
Looks like there is an issue with "SSOCredentials" function which I believe would be present under UIModelPreLogin plugin and Pre-login functionality might be enabled on the Pulse Client which is causing the Windows LogonUI process to check the SSOCreds function everytime when logoff or logon to the machine for triggering the VPN connection.
Do you see "Connecting" before the Windows welcome message everytime you login into Windows i.e. right after entering Windows logon credentials?
Can you try repairing the Pulse Client installation (search with repair pulse keyword in the windows search) and check the behavior?
Hi,
thanks for your answer, I don't see any connceting screen at login. Repair function didn't help.
I've uninstalled last version 5.3 from my PC so I don't have anymore access to my company's network but at least I don't have this anoying pop-up.
But I've found that somehow there is still version 5.1.61533 installed on my PC even if not displayed in the installed software.
Could find Pulse secure files in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Juniper Networks
and with Regscanner I can see a lot of entries refering to Pulse Secure and especially the version 5.1.
How can remove this version?

Hi Ray,
this worked, the tool was able to fix some registry entries about the old pulse secure version on my PC, version not listed in the installed softwares and which I wasn't able to unistall.
Installation of new version worked fine, even the proposed update once started could get installed . No more Logonui.exe error.
Thank you so much.
