Help: Mac client cannot add connection

Help: Mac client cannot add connection. Prompt: Failed to connect to Ivanti Secure Access Client unified network service.

MacOS version: Ventura13.0.1

Mac client version: 22.2.1 (1295)

There is no problem with the account. can connect normally under Windows.

Found the reason.
In Mac's General => Login Items, find "Pulse Secure LLC", close it and reopen it, the problem is solved.

are you on an m1 or intel?
are others seeing this?
are both the pulse tray & ui running?

Intel CPU,

Currently, both Mac have this problem.

The software can run normally and is displayed in the tray.

are you using the new UI (gray/black)? if yes, please switch back to classic and test.
if that does not work, please open a case with our support team

Hi

The current UI is using the classic mode. I tried to switch to: administrator settings, New-UX (E), but still cannot create a connection.
But New-UX prompts: Ivanti Secure Accsee Client service is not running, or: This name is already in use. Please specify a unique name for this connection.

Found the reason.
