We upgrade our staff to Pulse Desktop Client 9.1.7.
Three users (including myself) have had an issue that when connecting, we can't resolve hostnames.
We can use nslookup, it finds the DNS server and can resolve that way. However we can't ping a server or RDP to a server with the hostname. We can use the IP address though. Could be just a coincidence with the upgrade.
We also noticed that the Juniper Networks Adaptor returned "unknown network" when connected rather than our domain name. I'll log a call with support but posted here just in case.
Can you capture the traffic on both physical and virtual interface and share the results? Do you see DNS request being sent from the machine through virtual adapter?
