How to specify custom DNS server in desktop client?

I want to specify a custom DNS server to be used when I connect to the VPN. When I create a VPN connection with macOS's built-in VPN client, I can specify advanced connection settings including DNS servers, which override the DNS servers provide by the connection. However, I cannot find any similar place to specify DNS servers in the Pulse Secure desktop client.

dns settings are sent down from the pcs/ics gateway when users connect. you configure the dns settings you want to use on the connection profile at Users>Resource Policies>VPN Tunneling>Connection Profiles>profileName, DNS settings
