It is ok to post a description of your problem, and a couple of lines of the log file if you know they are relevant. However, it not recommended to post a detailed log file, or to post a link to a log file hosted at another location. Our support team will not ask you to post a detailed log file via the community.
If you have an urgent problem, then your IT team can log a call directly with the Pulse Support team, and they will ask for specific log file information if it is needed.
