Installation on MacOS Catalina 10.5.7 frozen

I tried to install the client version 9.1.7.2522 on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 but the installation process got fronzen at about 80% completion. Any idea to overcome this problem?

Do you see any blocked extension from "Pulse Secure" under System preferences >> Security & Privacy >> General >> Allow the blocked extension and check the behavior.

 

What do we see in the macOS install logs while it's stuck?


Please search for Console application (spotlight search) and then look for install.log under log reports or directly open it (/var/log/install.log) in any text editor.

Thanks for the tip for crash report.

 

According to the crash report, it seemed that the installer looking for a ssl dynamic library (see below). Does this missing dylib related to the PulseSecure installatiion package or the MacOS?
