Internal Error Detected - MacOS

Hi everyone,

I have recently been using Pulse Secure to access my work place network, however since switching laptops an internal error messages shows up when I try to launch the PulseApplicationLauncher.app to initiate the download and installation of the Pulse Secure.app.

I have tried reinstalling the launcher, however the problem persists. Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks!

PS I have updated to BigSur, however this also made no difference to the issue.

The error message reads:

internal error detected. Please try again. If issue persists, please contact your administrator.

@mmarzaganov @Noggy33 Can you please check the contents of ~/Library/Logs/PulseSecureAppLauncher.log and share the last 10 log entries after replicating the issue?

Re: Internal Error Detected - MacOS

@Noggy33 Code check is failing, "Code signature check on update failed: Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-67050 "The operation couldn’t be completed."

Are you trying to launch the Pulse Client from the web session? do you have Pulse Client installed in your machine?

Re: Internal Error Detected - MacOS

[email protected] in my case I try to launch off a web session (intranet) at my institution. It generally works on Macs, but not on my one.

I received a Pulse Secure installation file from my IT department, so I have semi fixed the problem and I can connect manually. But it would still be nice to launch from a web session. Do you have a fix for the launcher on this front?

Many thanks!

I appriciate your comment.

I have installed Pulse Client.
And I am trying to launch the Pulse Client from the web session.
I get below message on browser.

Please sign in and try again. If the probrem continues, Please connect your system administrator."

"Pulse Secure Application Launcher

Please retry. If the issue persists, contact your administrator."
