Can you kindly send me the same? I faced the same error while accessing it from my office laptop. According to our security team's advice, I uninstalled all Pulse Secure related softwares. Then while reinstalling, I got the same error message (while installing secure client). Can you kindly share the installation files. I checked my debuglog file. If you want, I will share with you. Kindly help me, I need to submit a work on Monday but have not started it yet!

I am facing issue with Pulse Application Launcher. Below are steps to reach to error.
1. Soon after, I got a pop up for "Open Pulse Secure Appliation Launcher", I clicked on same.
2. It started "Installing setup client module"
3. After 1/2 minutes, I got an error message. "Detected an internal error. Please retry, If the issue persistes, contact you admin"
I am using windows 10 OS and using pulse secure to connect to company system.
Please send the logs to me via PM.
