I got similar issue. Pulse asked for reinstallation. I removed it from my hardware, then expected that Pulse components would be downloaded automatically while entering my customer webpage. I did not happen. I do not have Setup Client - not able to download it.

Could you please help me? Maybe I should not have remove it. It always let me do it. My customer probably has the same issue after sending employees on homeoffice due to coronavirus epidemy. And it caused connecting issues within that organisation.

Thank you for providing the logs, however those were dated 2017. Can you please under C:\ProgramData\Pulse Secure\Logging for debuglog.log and attach?

Subjected error message is generic, hence i need to look into logs to find out the cause.
Can you review the older comments of this thread and possibly provide the logfile for review?
Setup client download failed - connection reset. I don't the VPN server is closing the connection, coz, I am able to download the setupclient from your VPN server without any issues. Might be some Antivirus/firewall could be doing this.
