Have a user running Pulse on Mac OS 10.14 Mojave, after installing the application launcher, gets the error and will not complete provisioning:
Pulse Secure Application Launcher: Detected an internal error. Please retry. If the issue persists contact your administrator.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Pulse application (9.1r4), as well as reinstalling the application launcher. What could be causing this error? Appreciate any insight you can provide.

I'm trying to connect to a VPN, it needs the Pulse Secure Application Launcher. When The Setup Client is installing, it appears an internal error detected. I've uninstalled the antivirus but it doesn't work. How can I install it? Can I do it manually?
@antoniorb Internal errors are generic, we need to review the logs to find the exact cause.
Hello, I have a similar issues, after I get a fatal error from the pulse setup client, i get the generic internal error. I would post log data, but it appears encrypted. I would DM you the log file, but can't find how to DM on this site.
