Junos Pulse client to Dynamic VPN on Juniper SRX 2...

Windows 10 1709

JunOS Pulse v4.0.2

When connecting to the Dynamic VPN it just stalls on connecting. After looking at the logs it seems as though the JNPRNA NetShim driver is not loading. Im assuming this is for the virtual adapter to be created. Also when I look at the Pulse Diagnostics I see the Network Agent Configuration throws an error. Cannot connect - is driver loaded? Error=IPC Failure(E0000101). Within the Connection store tab I do see the IKE and IPSec data being passed to the client.

From LogDiagnostics.zip - debuglog file - Cannot connect to JNPRNA netShim driver. Error=IPC Failure(e0000101)

Any ideas?

Basically installed the newer version of the Pulse client to a different PC and it worked....

Glad to hear a newer version worked successfully on another system; does that same version work on this system? is the other system win7 or also win10?
what version are you seeing work?
on the original system, can you confirm that the base filter engine is up & running?
