Recently I downloaded the Pulse Secure launcher but when I execute it it shows a window that says "please wait while Windows configures Pulse Secure launcher", and after 1 or 2 minutes it closes instantly and nothing happens. If I try to execute it again the same window appears but only 2 seconds.
